DuBow Preschool Treehouse is coordinated by Natalie Dayan and Emily Carpenter. Both are moms of three children and active in the DuBow Preschool.
Natalie Dayan earned her Bachelors degree from Rutgers University and her Masters in Speech and Language Pathology from New York Medical College. With a strong clinical skill set and a warm, child-friendly personality, Natalie is able to help children progress towards their speech and language goals while engaging them in the process. She also has experience working with adults with various speech, language, voice, and swallowing impairments. She has worked with all age groups spanning from infants to the geriatric population in diverse settings. Natalie has used her vast experience from her career and life to create a unique parent and me class. Color Splash engages all of the senses, providing a hands on sensory experience for children while also facilitating increased language and social development!
Emily holds her BFA in Musical Theatre from Penn State. She studied classical and musical theatre voice, jazz, ballet, tap, musical theatre styles, acting, and many more disciplines in one of the highest ranking Musical Theatre programs in the country. She has worked with her husband, Seth, in various improv performances and as character clowns for Cirque du Soleil. Emily created Family Music & Movement in 2013 and enjoys bringing a love for music to the littlest people and watching them grow. Emily was also a Stroller Strides instructor for 4 years and is always honored to play a small part in the beginning of a mother or father’s new journey of parenthood.
