Each week, little music makers and their loved ones gather in a room at The Treehouse to sing about animals, ABCs, their bodies, and learn about the world of music. This lively class includes singing, dancing, parachute play, a story in line with the session’s theme, and so much more.
“My daughter has been attending Ms. Emily’s Music and Movement Class since she was 4 months old. Now, at almost 9 months old, she is able to choose her own instrument, laugh and dance to the music, and is even becoming familiar with the order of events in the class. I’m amazed! The older children always love to “help” the younger ones, and Ms. Emily is great about keeping the class moving along with lots of fun. We always look forward to our Wednesday mornings!” – Mom of three
The class is led by Emily Carpenter, who graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre. She is a performer, director, and mother of three. This class is open to the entire Jacksonville community, so reserve a spot and tell a friend! *Each session includes a CD for each family
